FestivALLFri, Jun 17th, 2011 to Sun, Jun 26th, 2011Downtown Charleston, WV FestivALL is composed of a great number of performances and exhibits, many produced by FestivALL, some, including three of our largest attractions, produced by other organizations, each with its own leadership and army of volunteers. We are extremely grateful to Fund for the Arts, which produces the Blues, Brews & BBQ and Wine & All That Jazz festivals, and the Smoke on the Water Chili Cook-Off, which organizes and presents its chili contest and gathering. Their hard work and organization again were rewarded with thousands of attendees.
