International Horseradish FestivalSat, Jun 4th, 2011 to Sun, Jun 5th, 2011221 West Main Collinsville, IL For over two decades, the Horseradish Festival has celebrated the multi-faceted and vastly under utilized spicy member of the mustard family and brought people from around the midwest and the country to Collinsville for fun, entertainment, and mostly great food and drink. The Horseradish Festival features free entertainment (great bands this year), food booths, root toss, root golf, root sacking contest, craft fair, Bloody Mary contest, horseradish cooking contest, an expanded childen's area and, of course, the Annual Horseadish Root Derby!
