Eureka Springs Bluegrass FestivalSun, May 8th, 2011Fair Park Hope, AR The Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce sponsors Free Bluegrass Festivals at various times throughout. The main Bluegrass Festival is generally Mother's Day week-end in May, and the fall show is in November. Sponsored by the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce bluegrass musicians play at various times throughout the year in different venues.
