Spirit & Place Festival

Food is essential to all life. It also shapes our culture: food is a staple of our economy; it is a symbol of community and devotion; we fight over it, and we share it. We use food as a metaphor for abundance and the lack of it as a sign of want. Join us in 2010 as we partner with the Indiana Humanities Council to consider how food reflects our deepest needs and reveals our highest aspirations. We promise a community banquet of good ideas, good companionship, and ample Food for Thought.
