Box 5384 Johnson City, TN The festival began in Jonesborough in 1996 and moved to Sycamore Shoals in 2000 where it could be held for two days rather than one. It was the dream of a handful of people and has become the essence of many. We treasure our heritage in the Appalachian Mountains and those who claim Celtic ancestry yearn to know more.
