Best Little Fest in the Northwest! It is a family event located at the City Park in Joseph, Oregon usually presented in August. There are Food Vendors, Souvenirs as well as Beer & Wine available during the festival. Joseph is within walking distance from the park and includes many art galleries, gift shops and restaurants.
