Rollin On The River Blues FestivalFri, Aug 19th, 2011 to Sat, Aug 20th, 2011Victory Park located along the Mississippi River just below the Keokuk-Hamilton Bridge Keokuk, IA Through the years, “Rollin' on the River” has presented some of the finest in blues music, everyone from A to Z (Anson Funderburg to Buckwheat Zydeco). The event has been called “Iowa’s Best Fest by a Dam Site” and is now Keokuk’s longest running town festival.
