February honors African-Americans with the Black History Month celebration “Kissimmee Festival of Rhythm & Blues” the City co-sponsors this event with the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce. Thousands attend each concert. The concerts offer an excellent blend of music, art, literature, and food representing the cultural diversity of the City.
