Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz and R&B FestivalSat, Apr 30th, 2011 to Sun, May 1st, 2011Clark County Government Amphitheater Las Vegas, NV Jazz musicians from all over the country congregate during the last week of April every year for the City of Lights Jazz & Rhythm & Blues Festival. Picnicking is allowed and a variety of concessions are also typically on hand. Given the fact that free and reduced tickets are usually offered for children under 18, the festival is a great occasion for family or group get-togethers.
