FOUR WEEKENDS including the FRIDAY after Thanksgiving! Look fondly back to Olde England at the annual Great Dickens Christmas Fair, held at San Francisco's Cow Palace. The fair recreates the "crooked streets and winding lanes"" of Charles Dickens' London.
