OLD TOWN TEMECULA STREET PAINTING FESTIVAL features a night time painting competition titled Black and White at Night. Located at Main and Mercedes in Old Town's new Town Square area. This is for monochromatic, black and white paintings however traditional painters are welcome to paint into the night with us. Music and live bands, artists painting under lights.
