Towsontown Spring FestivalSat, Apr 30th, 2011 to Sun, May 1st, 2011400 Washington Avenue Towson, MD The Towsontown Spring Festival started 40 years ago as the Towsontown Art Exhibit. It was held in the Baltimore County Courtyard and in 1968 it joined the Bicentennial Celebration. Artists from the Towson School of Fine Arts exhibited their work.
