Oconee Chamber of Commerce 38th Annual Fall FestivalSat, Oct 15th, 201155 Nancy Drive Watkinsville, GA The Oconee Chamber of Commerce 38th Annual Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011; from 9am - 5pm. This Arts & Crafts festival is always held on the 3rd Saturday in October. Admission is free to the public and we offer hayrides to and from the festival. The annual Scarecrow 5K Road Race and Fun Run are held earlier in the day. This event has grown in popularity over the years.
